The bikes can be picked-up and returned during these working hours: OPENING HOURS 2023 Open Mondays to Saturdays 9am to 1pm and 3.30pm to 7.30pm >>>NOVEMBER TO FEBRUARY<<< Open Mondays to Fridays 9am to 1pm - 3.30pm to 7.30pm Saturday 9am to 1pm Closed on Sundays and main holidays: January 1st, January 6th and 7th March 31st and April 1st (Easter and Easter Monday) June 2nd (Republic holiday) August 15th to 18th included November 1st December 8th, 25th and 26th Special openings: We are open 9.30am to 6pm (no lunch break) April 25th (national holiday) May 1st (Labour day) June 24th (St John the Baptist, patron Saint of Florence) Deposit information: - for city bike, touring bike we ask to retain a document (ID, driver's license if from the EU or passport if non-EU) or we transcript the data of a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) without pre-authorization - for road bikes we transcribe the data of a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) and make a preauthorization of 1500 euros, which is released on return (2 bikes 2000 euros) - for e-bikes we transcribe the details of a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) and make a pre-authorization of 2000 euros, which is released on re-entry (2 bikes 3000 euros)
